Columbia City Bridal Terms & Conditions

By using the Columbia City Bridal website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing merchandise, or purchasing an additional experience, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bridal Appointments
Classic bridal appointments at Columbia City Bridal are complimentary. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve a bridal appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
Columbia City Bridal is a private, by-appointment boutique. We welcome one bride at a time, and your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your guests.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. Bridal appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without charge when at least 72 hours' notice is provided.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged a $50 cancellation fee to the card provided at booking.
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without providing the required notice will also be charged the $50 fee.
By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Columbia City Bridal to charge the card provided at booking in accordance with this cancellation and no-show policy.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Because appointments are private and time is reserved specifically for each bride, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
If you arrive too late for the appointment to reasonably continue, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation and the $50 cancellation fee may apply.
Appointment Availability
Appointments are subject to availability. Columbia City Bridal reserves the right to modify appointment availability, business hours, appointment lengths, guest limits, or scheduling options as necessary.
Same-day and next-day appointment availability may be limited and should be confirmed directly with Columbia City Bridal.
Merchandise & Purchases
All merchandise sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Columbia City Bridal.
Brides are responsible for reviewing and approving their merchandise before it is released to them.
Once merchandise has been released to the customer or leaves Columbia City Bridal, Columbia City Bridal is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen, damaged, altered, improperly stored, or otherwise affected after release.
Take-Home & Off-the-Rack Gowns
Take-home and off-the-rack gowns are sold in their current condition. Because these gowns may be boutique samples, normal signs of handling or try-on may be present.
Customers are responsible for inspecting the gown and accepting its condition before completing the purchase and taking possession of it.
All take-home and off-the-rack gown sales are final.
Special-Order Gowns
Special-order gowns are ordered specifically for the customer based on the designer's available sizing, color, style, and other selections.
Bridal sizing may differ from everyday clothing sizes. Measurements are used to assist in selecting an appropriate designer size but do not guarantee an exact fit.
Once a special order has been submitted to the designer, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
Estimated production, shipping, and arrival dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Columbia City Bridal's control.
Alterations
Unless specifically stated otherwise, alterations are not included in the purchase price of a gown or other merchandise.
Columbia City Bridal does not guarantee the cost, scope, timing, or outcome of alterations performed by an independent seamstress or alterations provider.
Customers are responsible for allowing adequate time for alterations before their wedding or event.
Payments & Payment Plans
Payment in full is preferred at the time of purchase.
When a payment plan is approved, 60% of the total purchase price is due at the time of purchase and the remaining 40% is due three months later unless otherwise stated in the customer's purchase agreement.
Payments are nonrefundable.
Any applicable payment deadlines, late fees, merchandise release requirements, or other purchase-specific terms contained in a signed customer agreement will also apply.
Merchandise will not be released until all required balances have been paid.
Additional Experiences
Additional experiences offered through Columbia City Bridal may require advance payment and may involve products or services provided by third-party vendors.
Payments for additional experiences become nonrefundable once Columbia City Bridal has been billed or financially committed to the third-party service associated with the reservation.
Availability, menus, services, vendors, and other details associated with additional experiences are subject to change.
Flower Girl Dresses & Accessories
Pricing, ordering requirements, availability, and lead times vary by designer and item.
Special-order flower girl dresses, veils, accessories, and other merchandise are final sale once ordered.
Photography & Social Media
Photography may take place at Columbia City Bridal. Columbia City Bridal will obtain permission before using identifiable client photographs or videos for marketing purposes when such permission is required.
Clients and guests may take personal photographs during appointments unless otherwise instructed. Photography does not grant permission to reproduce Columbia City Bridal's proprietary materials or use the boutique for unauthorized commercial photography.
Website Information
Columbia City Bridal makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, gown availability, pricing, appointment availability, services, experiences, designer offerings, lead times, policies, and other information may change.
Website images may vary from the appearance of merchandise in person due to lighting, photography, screens, designer imagery, or other factors.
The inclusion of a gown, accessory, service, or experience on the website does not guarantee current availability.
Third-Party Services & Links
The Columbia City Bridal website may reference or link to third-party businesses, vendors, websites, payment processors, or services.
Columbia City Bridal is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, performance, or actions of independent third parties.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Columbia City Bridal is not responsible for delays, interruptions, losses, or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including designer or manufacturer delays, carrier delays, supply chain issues, severe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen events.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
Columbia City Bridal may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this website at the time of use will reflect the current general website terms.
Purchase agreements, order forms, releases, or other documents signed by a customer may contain additional terms specific to that transaction. If a transaction-specific agreement contains different terms, the signed agreement will govern that transaction to the extent of the difference.
